Reward Increased For Info Year After Beloved 15-Year-Old Gunned Down In Baltimore County

Police have increased their reward for information on the deadly January 2023 shooting of a beloved 15-year-old boy in Baltimore County.

Lamar M. Leslie-Allen, a 10th-grader at the Catonsville Center for Alternative Students, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on the unit block of Shadwell Court in the Townhomes of Diamond Ridge community on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023. He later died at a nearby hospital.

The teen was mourned by loved ones as well as local government officials, including Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski, who stated that he was “heartbroken that Balt County has lost a young person to an act of gun violence & furious that family and friends must now mourn the passing of a loved one.”

Baltimore County Police are now offering up to $8,000 for information on the shooting, stating that “investigators believe there were individuals in the area who may know about the events leading up to the shooting.”
